We are working to benefit the community now and for the future, as a legacy for generations to follow

Cashiers is an unincorporated town governed by Jackson County Commissioners. Many of the town’s major civic projects have been funded by the generosity of the community, including the Albert Carlton Community Library, the Highlands Cashiers Hospital, the historic Zachary-Tolbert House, Summit Charter School, the Day Care Center, and the Village Play at The Village Green.

According to their interests, our agents are involved in the efforts of virtually every major civic and charitable organization including the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, the Village Conservancy, the Cashiers Historical Society, the Cashiers Designer Showhouse, the Highlands Cashiers Land Trust, the North Carolina Climbers Coalition, the Rotary Club, the Cashiers Community Council, the Joy Garden Tour, the Dental Clinic, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, the Highlands Cashiers Humane Society, the Tour de Cashiers, and many others.
