After visiting Cashiers almost every summer for 20 years, Jessica and her husband relocated to the area in 2020 from Northern California, where they owned a landscape company. The cross-country move allowed them to be close to family, establish roots and take advantage of new career opportunities. They recently welcomed their first child, Leo and are excited to raise their family in this little slice of mountain paradise.

Jessica studied business administration at Simpson University in Redding, California. Through college, she worked as a personal assistant for several company owners.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time in nature with her family and friends, and taking advantage of all the experiences these wonderful mountains have to offer.

Of what moment in your real restate career are you most proud?

My favorite aspect of real estate is the dynamic environment of building relationships with each unique client. Everyone is not the same, and each client we work with has different priorities, making it essential that we do not use a one size fits all approach, but rather be flexible and figure out how to serve every client to the best of our abilities.

I believe there are always solutions to be found when you examine problems from every angle, and I am committed to bringing that can-do attitude with me to work every day.

What is something folks might not know about you?
