With 18 years of experience as a real estate professional, Liz is well qualified to handle your real estate purchase or sale. She specializes in the area’s high-end club Communities — including Wade Hampton Golf Club, Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club and The Chattooga Club — as well as Lake Glenville and other fine communities, estates and homes in Cashiers and Highlands. She is the exclusive listing agent for Silver Run Reserve, a newer, amenitized, private community located on the historic Highway 107 South corridor.
As a partner in many successful real estate projects and investments in area, she offers an experienced perspective. She also provides for her clients direct access to experts in the development and construction industry.
When not working, Liz gives time helping with fundraising through the Cashiers Designer Showhouse and serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the Plateau, as well as various other charitable opportunities. Liz and her family enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, golfing and boating on Lake Glenville. What is your favorite thing about the Cashiers area?
In addition to the area’s stunning beauty, fresh mountain air and perfect summer temperatures, I love the quality of the people who live and spend summers here.
Of what moment in your real restate career are you most proud?
I am always most proud and honored when my clients are happy and refer me to their friends and family.
What is one of your favorite Cashiers-area memories or traditions?
I have created and continued to create many fond memories with friends and family boating, hiking, biking, golfing and dining in the Cashiers area, as well as great times with the various fundraiser events in which I participate.
What is something folks might not know about you?
I grew up “running free” on a beautiful ranch in British Columbia, Canada.
